By purchasing or accepting our Web and Software Assets and consequently downloading, storing, altering or using any material from this collection you are accepting the following license: -

1) You, as user of any website templates, source files, programming scripts, images, animation, MP3 Files, logos, tutorials, quizzes, tools, or applications contained in this collection, accept any and all liability arising from such use.

2) You may download to your computer and store specific website templates, source files, programming scripts, images, animation, MP3 Files, logos, tools, or applications for use as materials for the creation of a project, website or publication. You many not archive Website Assets or items other than those used in such a project, website or publication. (i.e. downloading or archiving the entire collection or substantial part of is prohibited)

3) You must not redistribute the website templates, source files, programming scripts, images, animation, MP3 Files, logos, tutorials, quizzes, tools, or applications in anyway designed for reuse. You must not offer for sale or sub-license these templates, source files, programming scripts, images, animation, MP3 Files, logos, tutorials, quizzes, tools, or applications (or a collection of) without the express permission of Advanced Whiznology and its content providers.

4) A link (or textural credit in non-web applications) to our commercial site is required where source files, programming scripts, images, animation or MP3 files are used. Acceptable credits include 'image: www.whiznology.com' or a hyperlink to the URL 'http://www.websiteA2Z.com'. The credit shall be located in a suitably readable font on the same page (or a facing page) as the image; or in a 'credits/references' section in printed materials.

5) When templates, source files, programming scripts, images, animation, MP3 Files, logos, tutorials, quizzes, tools, or applications are used in printed material or none internet-connected electronic media, a credit is needed on each page the Asset item is used (either at the bottom of the page or near the Asset item i.e. in a caption) many designers find the credit is less intrusive when printed sideways at the edge of the page.

6) Advanced Whiznology, reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be published here and also sent to our free mailing list members.

7) You are free to use the images in anyway you want, crop, resize, perform any operation you want... enjoy! With reference to term 8, the use of images featuring trademarks, recognizable copyright designs etc should be used in accordance with trademark and copyright law (this definitely excludes using trademarks in any form of advertising!)

8) Some of the web site templates, source files, programming scripts, images, animation, MP3 Files, logos, tutorials, quizzes, tools, or applications featured in this collection contain trademarks and logos from other entities, Advanced Whiznology is in no way connected to these entities, all trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Users wishing to use such content should seek permission from the relevant trademark holder before use.

9) If you need to use one or more website templates, source files, programming scripts, images, animation, MP3 Files or logos, without a credit please contact support@whiznolgoy.com stating where and why you want to use the Assets Libraries. examples may include charitable organization and art/design use.

10) Users of 'www.whiznology.com' are requested to join our mailing list / register as a member so that they can be kept informed of Free libraries updates and changes in these terms. It is the users responsibility to re-subscribe/amend their details if they change e-mail address. Subscription is completely free all you need to do is send your details to members@whiznology.com
